"Our stay was good overall, I think a two bed room was available on 1st night since it was a Thursday"

We were with a group, good to be together at same place

We needed two beds, said not available upon check in, so opted for roll away bed. The mattress was so dry rot, we thought at first it was a blow up bed. Could not use at all. They then got us a two bed room next day.

"When rooms are reserved please turn up the heat before the guests arrive. The stay would be better."

The staff was very friendly. Very clean hotel. The house keeping staff were very friendly also. The breakfast was good. Over all a very good stay.

When we entered our room it was freezing! The heater showed 34 degrees! Turned the heater up and left, upon returning a couple hours later it was finally showing 46 degrees. Too cold, when staying at a hotel we should not have to wear coats and mittens. We slept in our clothes for extra heat that night. Left the next morning for an 8:00a.m. doctor appointment, when we returned after that the heater finally showed 64 degrees. Then time to check out.
