En el medio de la cama tenia un hoyo y no fue cómodo dormir en la orilla. La estadía fue aceptable. Me quedé en ese mismo hotel hace como 5 años atrás y la experiencia fue distintas. Las facilidades muy buenas, camas cómodas, cuarto muy limpios y olorosos y el baño inmaculado.

Room was clean and spacious. Bed was not very comfortable, too hard. Breakfast was ok but could have been better. Would stay here again.

The hotel is in need of renovation, particularly in the guest rooms. Although the public areas initially appeared satisfactory, cosmetic updates such as painting and drywall repairs would enhance their overall condition. However, the ADA-compliant room failed to meet compliance standards due to several issues, including an incorrect door swing direction that caused the entry door and bathroom door to collide when the bathroom door was open. Additionally, exposed cords posed a tripping hazard, and inadequate lighting, with the bathroom reliant solely on the mirror-mounted light, was noted. Furthermore, the internet connection was slow, and the room was extremely unclean, requiring the removal of sheets due to the presence of a bug under a pillow and exposed food after all linens were removed. Mira's efforts to rectify the issues were commendable, but it is evident that the problems were beyond her control, and significant work is necessary. With attention from management or ownership, this establishment has potential to excel due to its excellent location and inherent value. Proper attention to detail would enable it to reach its full potential.
