Uitstekend gelegen. Dichtbij station en metro en de winkelstraten. Mooie, nette kamer.

Comfortable room and bathroom. I was grateful to have a nice bath to enjoy. I ordered a veggie burger, which was OK. The server forgot to bring water and then gave me extra water, which was appreciated. I needed help with my bags to get to the train station. I was infinitely grateful for the help to bring them not only across the road, but actually up to the train quay. I couldn't have done it by myself. I can't remember the porter's name, but he was from Portugal and was super helpful and friendly. Please tell him I said thank you, again!

It was disappointing that my room wasn't ready when I wanted to check in, which was around 4pm. They gave me a voucher to use at the bar while I waited for the room, but then I couldn't order whatever I wanted. I don't drink so it's a bit annoying when they say the voucher is valid for wine, beer or hot drinks. The weather was warm so I was in the mood for a juice or soft drink. Anyway, I eventually paid for an orange juice with some chips because I was hot and hungry. I really wanted to rest so I think they gave me a different room to prevent me waiting any longer. I also advise anyone to read the document that says "You consent to your personal data being sent to the US..." I did not consent to it so I wasn't forced to sign it.

I stayed at this hotel several days during business trip to Rotterdam in May/June 2026. The hotel is located in the center of the city, right in front of the Rotterdam Centraal Station, and therefore very easy to reach. My room was on the 12th floor and had a god view over the city. The room was very clean and rather big, albeit the desk could be bigger and the plugs around could be easier to reach (for a business trip). Personnel was very friendly. Breakfast is extraordinary, they have a huge choice of omelettes and other delicacies, and the smoothies are tasty, too.

On the downside: When I arrived at the reception, the first words were asking for the ID. No "welcome to the Marriott" or "did you have a good trip" ... five stars should be able to do better. - The free WiFi is very fast, but it requires logging in very often, even if you stay several days in this same hotel. - In my room, there was a noticeable draft from the ventilation system that reached the bed. As the ventilation cannot be switched off (only "turned down" and that is still rather strong), I found it necessary to sleep under the blanket all night despite the otherwise comfortable room temperature. - The shower has a fixed overhead shower head that cannot be detached. I personally prefer a handheld shower head, but that may just be a matter of preference ;-)

Perfect location for a quick work trip. Clean and comfortable.

前台的工作人员态度很傲慢，就算认错也是笑嘻嘻的脸，让人看着很难受 我提前2星期就写邮件给酒店要求房间里加一床被子，他们回复知道了，会安排的。我马上就把房费提前支付了。 那天我很早到酒店，在办理入住时候和前台服务员提醒了2次别忘记多放一床被子，他都说知道了，于是我们就放下行李出去玩了，到晚上才回的酒店，拿房卡时候再次确认行李是不是放进房间了，是不是帮我们被子多加了一床，都说安排好了，放心。结果到了房间，被子只有一床，我去前台指责他们，提醒那么多次怎么还不办好，一个黑人男士一副笑嘻嘻死猪不怕开水烫的态度跟我很娘娘腔得回复:那真是不好意思咯 算我预定了时候抢到特价咯，受到的服务也很廉价咯。 那位黑人男士应该算是个经理，我第二天离开酒店时候看到大约有5-6组家庭在排队等待办理入住，前台2位工作人员在忙碌，他慢悠悠在大堂闲逛到处看看。
