Мы путешествовали втроем, провели три ночи в этом прекрасном отеле. Номер был большим, комфортным, чистым, оборудован всем необходимым. Кровати были удобные, радовал даже вид из окна. Персонал был очень предупредительным, уборка каждый день, по первой просьбе принесли дополнительные полотенца и воду. Оказалось, что фен неисправен, заменили через 10 минут. Улица, на которой расположен отель, тихая, ночью ничего не мешало сну. Всем рекомендую этот отель!

"Belle suite au cœur de Lyon"

Bel hôtel , bien situé. L’ascenseur est petit et lent, mais il a bien servi pour monter et descendre les bagages. La suite est spacieuse et bien équipée. Les services de transport en commun sont près. Il a aussi plusieurs commerces de proximité pour s’approvisionner. Le Parc de la Tête d’or est vraiment chouette et facilement accessible.

Really loved it! Sweet people and amazing room :) Also with our dog really nice! Just a quick walk in to the big park and quick in the city center!

Beautiful room although, the family suite kitchen and flow didn’t seem to fit with the other lovely rooms. Location across from Park D’or was fantastic.

The morning buffet breakfast was set up terrible making it difficult to access and creating lots of chaos and long lines to wait in. One coffee machine was ridiculous for this large of a hotel! There also weren’t enough staff to assist with refilling food. Less hot items and more healthy options would have been great-grab-n-go to cut down on lines
