Desert Gardens Hotel

The staff were lovely and tried there hardest to accommodate all aspects of our stay

The beds were not made well, after the first night stay the top sheet wasn't pulled up and the bottom sheet wasn't straightened you could still see the imprints of our bodies in the bed. The next day after being out of the room from 8.30am to 3.30pm no one had serviced the room at all, I went down to reception and they organized for someone to come and do it.

Well located and nicely landscaped. Comfortable room.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Location

Property will charge late check out even though only 1 hour late. Air conditioner, room and all furniture are just usable but not worth to the price.

Excellent location for exploring Uluru and Kata Tjuka. We did not have breakfast - too expensive if you only want a light breakfast. The room was comfortable but rubbish was left in our room on arrival and the balcony had not been cleaned. The hair dryer was missing and when it was replaced the box was just dumped on the bathroom floor. We enjoyed the space and outlook of the rooms onto the bush.

部屋は清潔で毎日清掃が入る。ツアーバスの起点になることが多いので座席を選べる。どこへでも歩いていける。レストランのMangata がおいしかった。

枕が柔らかすぎて寝にくかった。バルコニーに出るサッシが開かない。チェックインやチェックアウトは長蛇の列でかなり待たされる。場所柄仕方ないが、部屋に時々虫がいる。シャワーの水圧が弱い。どのツアーバスに乗れば良いのか毎回迷うがホテルスタッフはノーケア。
