Literal TODO!! El personal excedió las expectativas! Tenían un Si como respuesta. RENATO tiene gran espíritu de servicio! Sus instalaciones de ensueño, la habitación muy amplia y las vistas ex emocionales. En el restaurante la comida deliciosa y bien servida. Mucha flexibilidad en horarios y sobre todo su actitud! Mención honorífica!!!

Mis hijos estuvieron contentos en la piscina.

No es la primera vez que me hospedo, soy golfista y el hotel tiene un campo de golf, que como el mismo hotel, pudiera estar en mejores condiciones sin embargo le falta mucho mantenimiento, los pasillos del hotel con mucha humedad, goteras, charcos, las llaves del baño goteando, la taza del baño manchada de tan vieja que es, el agua de la tina no podia irse de una por que se inundaba el baño, en fin, es una lastima que teniendo tanto potencial como hotel, este tan descuidado/deteriorado.
