We stopped just for the night. Property is right off 75 so that’s a plus. It was clean and a smooth check in/check out, which was a priority for us. We didn’t eat the breakfast but I think it’s pretty basic with a few hot items. Still it’s something and it’s free. I would definitely stay here again.

"Charged for free Points Night, Front desk check-in mistake"

3 day stay ( all same room type) // I made 3 separate 1 day reservations. 1 free night with (Marriott Credit Card Benefit), 1 points night (Marriott Rewards), 1 night paying. Following the stay, I noticed on my credit card that the hotel had charged me for one of the free nights also. Prior to stay and at check-in, the hotel was made aware that it was 3 separate reservation and that I didn't want to change rooms. I have made multiple calls trying to get the extra charge removed. No calls or contact with manager after multiple call to hotel.

The location is great, staff we encountered were friendly. Good value

Beds weren’t great- sagging Hallway in lobby and leading to room looked like there was blood spots (someone’s bloody nose maybe?) when we checked in along with trash outside a couple rooms and it was all still there when we checked out.

"I will be looking for a Spring Hill Suites the next time I travel."

The room was great. I enjoyed having a sofa in the room. The kitchenette was also very nice. But most of all was those grits!! They were the best grits I had ever tasted.

That I couldn't stay another night so that I could have had the grits again...lol
