"Very Frustrating Family Stay"

Location, breakfast

We specifically requested more than a week in advance that two additional sleeping arrangements be prepared for our children on the sofa. When we arrived, nothing had been set up. In addition, there were only enough towels for 2–3 people, even though we clearly indicated in the reservation that there would be 4 guests staying in the room. Our room was on the 4th floor, and the water pressure was essentially nonexistent. It was impossible to take a shower either in the morning or in the evening because there was almost no water coming from the shower. Even worse, we could barely use the toilet because the water was not properly filling the tank. This created a very uncomfortable stay for our family, especially with children. We were very disappointed with the overall experience.

"Needless to say, not a good place for handicapped individuals."

Breakfast was good. Adequate supply of food when we went to breakfast.

Handicap parking mostly behind hotel and the exterior door to enter was broken so needed to walk around building to enter hotel and then needed to walk down long hallway to get to centrally located elevator.
