Terrible service. There was no contact with the staff — my inquiries and requests went completely unanswered. A total lack of support and professionalism.

Staff was really professional and kind. Breakfast served was fresh and warm, had multiple options. Rooms were really clean and fragrant. Bed and a sofa bed were very comfortable. The check-in and out process was very smooth.

The rooms are very not completely dark, so if someone prefers really dark cannot sleep properly. Staff was not enough, especially at the time of breakfast. It was Sunday, and the hotel was completely sold, so the breakfast was full of people. The kitchen was small to accommodate these many people, and there was only 1 lady looking after the breakfast, which was causing very delays in refilling stuff. Most of the people were walking back to their rooms to eat due to a lack of seats. On the front desk, only 1 person, and for some reason, if he's not there, then people were waiting in ques.. I stayed there for a night and had to wait for check-in and check out in the que as the receptionist wasn't there. They should hire at least another person who can look after the reception when the receptionist isn't there for some reason, e.g, restroom break , as well as help in serving breakfast to avoid the crowd. Also, for check out, they don't need to be there , just keep a box to drop off card keys and email the receipt as you get the key. Most of the hotels are doing this.
