Excellent hotel, everything is new and clean.

The internet connection was weak, and the signal was frequently interrupted. The hotel should add fruit to the breakfast menu.

"Rough start but better ending"

The staff was very nice and helpful

The sheets on one of my beds was not clean and there was a dead moth under the covers. There was also a bright light (motion light) kept shinning through the window all night- the motion was if I went to the bathroom or my husband moved in the bed. The blind was stuck for a while but we were finally able to get it unstuck @ 3:10am

The staff was great and the room was nice.

Everything was great except the air conditioner didnt blow cold air. It was un comfortable trying to sleep.

"Way overpriced for what it has to offer"

The size of the room, clean bed sheets, layout of the room, tv

They could not find my booking that was already paid for for good 5 minutes. The hotel is an old interior old design yet more expensive than a modern Mariott in New Orleans and so value for money very poor. Breakfast / no healthy choices, just sugar (even in porridge) and highly processed food. No fresh products other than bananas.
