We had a great stay! My kids loved playing in the pool. Shampoo, soap and conditioner in the shower was very convenient especially with kids. Very clean establishment. While getting breakfast I thought it was unprofessional for the front desk staff to speak negative on guest and say their room number's in a very loud manner. That was no one in the dinning areas business. That is my only dislike. They could have had those conversations in the back or in a lower voice. I was also charged $20 when i had paid in full. The women didn't tell me she just said they needed a card on file.
