"Good hotel but noisy rooms"

Good size and comfortable room, nice walk-in shower, friendly personnel

Rooms are really noisy, first room I got, almost every 10 minutes the whole room started vibrating, apparently because of some sprinkler pump, then got a new room on the ground floor but since the floors are wooden, you can literally hear everything from the room above you, the floors are squeaking when someone walks around (I don't know what the person above me was doing but it seems like he was jumping around all night) and you can hear their phone conversation very loud. I had to wear earplugs every night. Breakfast is like most hotels in the US, all instant food, not very tasteful, at least there was some fruit every day (bananas and apples)

Stayed here before (booked at the same time since in between had to go to another customer for 2 days) same experience, good size room, friendly personnel etc

Size of the room was good

As Genius level 3 badge holders of Booking.com we were awarded with "best" room at the hotel. It was room 226 that is located beside ice machine and elevator that you "can't" hear at all. As Genius 3 level customers through Booking.com we also got amazing view of Great wall of China that also provided security and privacy as we would stay in federal correctional facility which was really "nice". Booking.com Genius level 3 also provides you with option for special requests where we asked for higher floor and we got second floor out of 3 where we had opportunity to enjoy squeaky noise from guests above us walking every night "helping" us to fall asleep. Overall our stay was "great" as described and we would strongly advise to book this hotel through Booking.com especially if you own well deserved Genius Level 3 status cause you are going to be treated royally with "extras" this hotel provides like nowhere before. Thank you Booking.com for doing such a great work making us feel so special!
