The staff was very accommodating. Always sharing a smile. And a good word.

Not enough coffee. Did not bring more - only the first day. The rest of The days we had to ask for it

I'll start with the positives: it's close to I-55 (although that can also be a negative at certain times of the day, as the intersection near the hotel is VERY congested), rooms have the West Elm sleeper sofa so it's bigger than normal. We felt relatively safe here as far as the area. Here's where it's lacking: * rooms are small for a suite, like so small you can't even fully open the closet because it hits the air conditioning unit. * lighting in the bathroom is TERRIBLE! * beds were very uncomfortable (you could feel any movement in the bed) It's also worth noting if you need two rooms, they do not offer adjoining rooms, so if you are traveling with family and need two rooms together, make sure you contact the hotel directly and speak to an actual manager. We had an issue with this, as we were traveling with kids and needed the rooms to be as close together as possible. We called and were assured they would do what they could; however, upon check-in, they had us on two separate floors. They fixed the issue but not before some stress and a conversation at the front desk. I think if we're ever in the area again and need to stay (we were here for a family wedding), I'd look at other Marriott options.

Check in was seamless. Check out was seamless. Breakfast seemed to be good. Room was clean and lots of space.

The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, welcoming, and happy. Our travel plans were interrupted and the staff helped us check in so that we wouldn't have our reservation cancelled for nor arriving on our initial day. The beds were VERY comfortable and the type of sofa sleeper was so much more comfortable than a pull out couch/bed. There was plenty of extra bedding in the room for the sofa bed so it was nice not having to call for it. Everyone slept well. The room could be total blackout because of great shades. Very clean!!!! The air-conditioning worked well but would love continuous fan setting. It was quiet despite being in the middle of a large group. Loved the fridge AND microwave in each room. The shower products were nice. There was NO mold or mildew in the shower edges!!!

Breakfast was great, but the set-up is very prohibitive to allowing the guests to eat in a timely fashion when crowded. It was so busy that we didn't even bother trying for breakfast on the second day or we wouldn't arrive to our event on time. The hotel was MUCH further from our destination than what the Booking.com app showed, no matter what route you drove. This was very frustrating and NOT the fault of the hotel.

Safe and quiet.

The staff was simply amazing. They make me look for reasons to come back and stay there!!! Clean, organized, and they went up and beyond to accommodate not just me but every ding guest.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was clean. My only complaint is that there is barely any light at the vanity. A backlit mirror isn’t enough to be able to see what your makeup looks like. Other than that. Perfect experience.

Quiet and great location

Need friendly staff.... The Manager has to come and extend my stay with the same rates to keep me there... I thank God she was there.... If she wasn't, I would had to find a different hotel
