I liked the location

I took a trip to use the hot tub with my children for the day.I live 3 minutes up.The road in the hot tub was cold so it felt like a waste of money because that's what I went for the hot tub

Staff at breakfast and front desk were friendly and accommodating. The food area was clean and well attended. The variety and selection of food items were more than expected, very pleased.

Disappointed that the jacuzzi was not working, and that was the main reason why the hotel was considered. Passed through pet food spilled in hallway several times while carrying luggage in and out of the hotel and going to breakfast. No tissues were provided in the room but I was able to get a box at the front desk.

The breakfast okay just something to put on your stomach. The room smelt like mildew and was hot had to ask for air fresheners. The sofa bed was not clean and could not use.
