SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando North-Sanford

My room was very clean. Kudos to Housekeeping. The bed/pillows was comfortable. A hair dryer in the bathroom area would have been nice since I did not travel with one. I did a late check in. The woman at the front desk was VERY helpful. I was doing an early 4:00 checkout. She said there would be coffee and a banana ready for me. She also deserves a big Kudos. I will stay at your hotel again if the need arises.

Location was great for us, near the riverboat cruise and dinner options. Nice room layout.

Chairs in the breakfast room needed to be recovered years ago. They were so worn they looked nasty and dirty. I had no soap bar in dish on sink, had to go ask. Room is very dim and short on lighting, no main light/light switch as you enter room. Bananas at breakfast were all black and mushy and needed to be thrown away a couple of days prior. Just lots of little things that made the place not appealing and what we all expected.

The location was good, close to the airport. Many restaurants were very close by. They gave us a coupon for 10% off at Texas Roadhouse.

Pool was not really clean. Breakfast was ok but not great. And supposed to be open until 10 but we’re packing it up before 9:30. Bed we’re not very comfortable.

The hospitality is superb! Front desk remembers our name and our handicap needs. Clean and decor is beautiful. The location is great for the area and anywhere you need to go is within 5 miles!! Absolutely would refer this hotel to anyone!
