It was extremely dirty had to move my room two time cause of major issues third room had issues but was so tired of moving I didn’t want to deal with it

USUSHeads up hotel does charge for parking on top with rate of room. Had issue with phone line not able to call front desk . Issue with tv and remote not connecting correctly. Over all great customer services.
USThe front desk staff, Michelle, was terrific!! Very helpful with eating location, assisted with professionalism and patience 👍🏻! Zachary was delightfully pleasant and likewise helpful with nearby locations and retailers. Cassidy was patient and assisted in prompt and friendly check out.
Beginning to show signs of wear. May need some sprucing in near future. Breakfast eggs at time were a bit running, but always filled promptly.
USSecond time staying at Springhill Suites" the locations' were awesome .really enjoyed the location in N Scottsdale, the best.. We paid and reserved 2 weeks in advance, a room for 2 nights Friday 29th- Sunday 21st 2025., but didn't expect water issues..wall across from the toilet, was bubbled' you could see the water lifting the wall paper away from the wall, this was Friday the 19th 2025 the day of check in.. Then we noticed Saturday, late afternoon when we got back from the pool, there was water dripping fast out of the fire sprinkler on the ceiling above' we rushed to put are trash can up under the leak which was filling fast..reported to the front desk, the front desk, was waiting for the maintenance man to check it out..I did take video of the incident.. But all in all this weekend was very inconvenience too us, we had alot of family besides are selves, from out of town' for a family reunion. Had to leave are room to attend are event' not knowing what accommodations would take place..When we got back to the hotel that evening. we were given another room, had to use both luggage dollies to move are belongings..But couldn't believe we were given a smaller room, For all the inconvenience, I would like to be Refunded FOR BOTH NIGHTS OR GIVEN A FREE OF CHARGE 2 NIGHT STAY at any time, at one of your locations..
The water leak' was are main concern. Everytime you sat on the toilet the water was dripping on your leg.. but moving us to a smaller room was ridiculous..
Our sheets were stained and pillow cases as well
