The location was convenient. The rooms were spacious.

We were unclear about whether room would be cleaned up during our stay (it wasn’t). There seemed to options for coffee but not tea in the room.

It was close to Colonial Williamsburg, probably would not walk the length but it was only a short 5 minute drive. Breakfast was decent.

Immediately upon entering the room it had a faint scent of marijuana. The pull out sofa had a stain and felt just as gross as the rug. No hooks or not enough in the bathroom. The pool was dirty.

Proximity to a pharmacy, restaurants… Staff was nice and helpful.

I wasn’t given the room I booked. So we had to spend the might in a room with only one bed, and a sofa bed, it wasn’t helpful nor professional. The next day we were moved to the room I booked with 2 twin beds, but the night stand power outlets weren’t working, and most of the rooms outlets were out of order plus the phone. A technician came to fix it after I complained, but he was only able to fix one outlet on the nightstand. Anyway, it wasn’t the best experience.

The property doesn’t communicate to its guests. They were overbooked. Instead of letting me know, they waited till I got to the hotel at night, made me wait in the hotel, then after over 3 hours after I had booked tile me there was a glitch. Poor communication.
