Great stay.....

Room was clean, hotel nice overall Good breakfast But all 4 ice machines in hotel were out of order, bulb above bathroom sink was not working, at one point in the morning there was no cold water, just very hot.

The location was good. The bed was comfortable and they had amazing water pressure with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was not the best the first day of our stay but the second day it was much better.

The hotel definitely needs to be updated. The rooms seem as though they have tried some but the only overall layout of the studio with a king bed was terrible. The room seemed to have been painted but they didn’t pay attention to detail. Our window was missing the sheer curtains on one side so you couldn’t open the curtains and outer curtains needed washed, there were many dirty spots. The lighting in the bathroom and in the vanity/sink area was very dim. Also the tv didn’t work when we arrived, my husband had to mess with it for a while and eventually got it to work. Also on my side of the bed there were not any outlets or usb to charge my phone.🙁🙁🙁

The first room I was given #201, had broken air conditioning. The shower curtain liner was missing so the shower curtain was inside the tub, extended onto floor of tub, causing my feet to get tangled. I was moved to another room, #308. In this room one side of the window was missing a curtain. This Springhill doesn’t look good for the Marriott brand.

The property is the noisiest I've every stayed at. Sometimes i think they give the worst rooms if you book thru a 3rd party. One elevator. Nothing really nice at all. There are better places in the area.

Well located. Good price!

Room was great. Paint was a little rough for being renovated but it was clean. Bed was firm. Staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was a life saver.
