Algunas personas del personal eran muy amables, no todas

No me gusto que estuviera sucias las habitaciones, en realidad no era para nada higiénico, habían cucarachas en mi habitación y también había muy mal olor sobre todo cuando encendía la calefacción

it was available. At least our room was decorated for halloween! Lots of spooky spiders!

The jacuzzi tub in the room did not work whatsoever. Room had black mold! bedsheets didnt appear clean, breakfast area was dirty. Smell of our room could be described as “pungent.”

Clean room but smaller then i thought

Reserved a King got a 2 queen room . Floor needed vacuumed, used bandaid by trash can that wasn't empty.

The toilet and bed were clean and thats all we needed but the rest of the room could use a good scrubbing. Base boards were filthy in bathroom. Fruit was old first thing in the AM. Coffee pots were dirty. We chose not to eat. It is older but would have appeared better if it were cleaned properly. There were very few guests.

I loved that target was just across the street. And it was just off the main highway.

The hot tub was closed off

When we checked in, the woman at the front desk was rude with us and wore a t shirt that had two hands on the front of it that were giving all the middle finger--flipping us off. On the back of her t shirt were the words f--k off, except it was spelled out in full. The young man the next morning was very good. I took my shoes off in our room for the evening. when I took my socks off they were black on the bottom. Carpet was filthy. We have stayed in Americinns before and had a great experience. In fact we have stayed in the W Burlington one before. We may never stay in one again
