very clean, pool had the perfect temperature as did the hot tub. Room was great. Bed was great little fridge with the TV. Close to other restaurants. Nice size and was not noisy. Staff was very welcoming.

Breakfast was OK, average hotel breakfast

No elevator, and stairs were at far ends of the floor; our room was in the middle. One ice and soda machine at the far end of the main floor. Two night stay over $400

The facility was well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was ready and updated. The parking was close and enough spaces. There was a pool area.

The breakfast was kinda lousy. The ham bits were watery, the scrambled eggs were out by 7 am and the roll selection was small and they were older. The oranges in the fruit basket were rotten and bananas not available by 7 am. Overall this was the least appealing breakfast of several Americ Inns we have stayed at.

Horrible experience. The room was dark, smelly and run down. The bed had lumps. It smelled and I immediately got an asthmatic reaction. I called the desk to ask if I could get a refund to leave and she said no. I went ahead and left for other accommodations. When I got my bill the original quote of 130 base was 185 base. For that amount of money, there are way cleaner hotels in the area.

"I was disappointed with my recent stay. The pillows were twin-size, which were too small for the king-size bed. When I requested an extra pillow, I was told it's one per room. Similarly, when my husband asked for towels, we were told one per room. I ended up buying beach towels from Target for pool use because, honestly, I wouldn't want to share a towel with anyone – husband, mom, or anyone else. I mean, someone's gonna get a soaking wet towel, and then what? I also felt like the staff wasn't very welcoming when they came to check on the room. I've stayed at hotels 4-5 times a year and have learned to be careful, but this experience was particularly bad. I've tried American Inn before and liked it, but they need to work on towel and pillow situations. The rooms were nice, big, and spacious, but the service felt lacking. As a former hotel manager, I know how important it is to make guests feel at home. I'd love to give American Inn another try, but I need to see improvements. I pay for a better room and expect better amenities. I'm not looking to steal a towel or pillow – I just want what I paid for. King-size beds should come with king-size pillows. Hopefully, they can work on making their guests feel more comfortable and valued."

The computer wasn’t working so they couldn’t check us in until a hour later.

Pressure for documentation after 3 days stay.

Older property but maintained and in great condition. Absolute steal for the price.
