The room smelled very musty and the toilet wouldn't stop filling all night. I went out in the morning to get some breakfast at 6:40am and the entire area was DARK ( food area, Registration area and lounge area) no breakfast was even prepared. Plus someone was sleeping on the couch in the lounge area. Another guest was also standing in the area wondering what was going on.

Nothing

The room was filthy, the full length mirror was not properly secure to the wall, the staff was not friendly. No manager available about complaints. I checked in; left for a wedding and upon returning checked the room to find hair/food on beds. Stains on covers. Manager will not respond to me, booking, or their corporate about a complaint. Front desk told me it was my fault I didn't inspect the room upon check in. I ended up driving 4 hours home with my three little kids.
