Baymont by Wyndham Duncan/Spartanburg

This property was very unkept, the room smelled like smoke and mold to the point where I felt uncomfortable staying and needed to leave to find a different hotel. I was traveling for work and booked the hotel through my corporate platform, I will be calling them on Monday to recommend they remove the hotel from our options list

The staff was less than friendly. Check in that night had the gentleman at the desk bothered to have to check us in. The room was fine. The next morning for breakfast there was a minimal options (bagel, cereal, muffins). When I went to check out, I noticed that I was charged twice on my bill. Am trying to resolve this currently. Be aware before you book at room.

We booked this last minute and there were very few options. It is in a convenient location to restaurants, interstates, parks, etc... The sign is not lit so it is dark. The clerk at check in was short and offered no pleasantries. He asked repeatedly if we had pets pointing to a sign indicating fees, etc. related to having a pet. The room was ok...there were cigarette burn holes in the blanket and all towels were different shades of white. The amenities were less than desirable. The vending machine is empty, ice machine is under a dark staircase outside, breakfast was minimal at best, a couple of bagels with no condiments available and cereal. Not sure if there was milk. The positives...we found a place to stay at the last minute and it wasn't outrageously priced. With more time to plan, I would not choose this hotel again!

Very accommodating courteous friendly knowledgeable staff. The rooms were a bit on the old side but the employees more than made up for that even when the power went out and when the internet went out they were trying very hard to get the services back

got to the property they didn’t have power needed a refund just getting power to charge my phone the property manager said i had to contact expedia for refund because i purchased on line

We booked online but when we got there, NO POWER!!! There was absolutely no mention of that and the clerk said they haven’t had power for 2 days prior to our booking!!

the room was clean and bed was very comfortable the location was great very accessible to everything.

That it was a non smoking room but as soon as you walked in it smelled like cigarettes.

I like nothing about the property.

The rooms had a smell and animal hair everywhere. Sheets and bedding was horrible.
