The location was good for access to the freeway & plenty of places to eat.

The towels were stained. The rug was dirty. The customer service was lacking.

"Very nice and pleasant stay"

The staff was very pleasant. The location was right next to interstate with restaurants and gas stations walkable from hotel. Breakfast was nice also. Overall pleasant stay.

The hotel is pet friendly which is nice but if the floors were tile throughout and not carpet it would be easier to clean, and the smell of pets would not stay behind.

Convenient

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and watching us. The bathroom tub was leaking all night long. There was dog hair all in the room as well.

The property is in a great location.

The check in staff could have been more humble and friendly. The beds felt like concrete with a fitted sheet and the room still had trash under the sink. I normally don’t comment if I don’t have a positive feedback but we felt so uncomfortable here we left halfway through the night.
