I had to wait almost 15 minutes for front desk to show up, was about to call toll free # when rep came up, said she was in bathroom. Desk did have a dial 0 stand for assistance but when I tried that, all it did was ring front desk which did no good. Room / sheets / towels clean, but bedspread had multiple holes that looked like burns. Mattress had large butt shaped dent in one side where apparently very large person had slept before. Shampoo and conditioner bottles in shower practically empty at use, body soap bottle had just enough for single use. Bathroom walls and 1 wall in room had drywall repairs but not sanded or repainted.

Great hotel. Clean. Nice renovations and comfortable.

Finish painting spots on the walls that have been renovated. Thats it.

Bed were uncomfortable, only had 2 small bed rooms at the time so not sure about the others.

The first room had a non-functioning TV. The second room had no heat. I told the manager and nothing was done. I told them next day and finally the controls were replaced. Otherwise, everything was as expected.

The privacy was great.

The rooms smelled, beds were very uncomfortable, the comforter was paper thin, pillows were horrible and the grounds around weee just junky looking

My stay was brief yet very enjoyable, clean, comfortable, and safe.

Excellent customer service with great smile, quiet place provide service if you need help when it comes inside the room

My stay was excellent, and I didn't see anything I disliked. I have a peaceful and quiet night.
