It was very nice. It was clean. The staff was very nice.

There was a bit of a room mix up but the hotel and hotels.com did a great resolve. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very comfortable and very clean. definitely go back again.

I stayed here when it was the Jameson and was not impressed. I JUST stayed here and was definitely impressed!! The rooms are clean and bright. The bed was comfortable and the towels were dry! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I use the internet a lot while travelling and it was very fast and strong. This place has better wireless than almost ALL big chain hotels! LOVED IT!!

There were cockroaches in my room, but the front desk changed my room

Great hotel, nice and clean the beds were very clean the room was not stuffy everything was very nice, not to mention it was nice and quiet as well staff was great thumbs up to Sylcauga

Nice and quiet. Location is near several restaurants. Wish they would give you more towels

The bathroom exhaust fan in my room didn't work and I notified the desk of that. Instead of offering a different room, I was told that the maint. guy was working the next day. That condition was not corrected during my stay. The room was quiet and there as easy access to stores and a few fast food places.
