Desayuno muy bueno, la habitación era muy amplia y cómoda, la atención excelente y cuenta con estacionamiento. Se nota que lo redecoraron hace poco, y con diseñadores destacados. Además, tiene varios lugares para comer y comprar cerca, buena ubicación. Uber al Parque Arauco en 7 minutos, por ejemplo.

Me faltó un hervidor o cafetera en la habitación. Necesitaba para preparar leche a mi hijo y para tomar un té, pero uno de los días pedí al restorán agua caliente y me la dieron sin problema. El día sábado había un show y fiesta, que se veía muy entretenido. Estábamos en el tercer piso y se escuchaba fuerte, lo bueno es que terminó antes de las 12 de la noche, pero quizás nos podrían haber destinado a una habitación más arriba considerando que íbamos con niños, o habernos avisado de que habría una fiesta.
