Friendly stuff, size of room, comfortable bed

Some rooms need minor repairs.

The breakfast was terrible. The biscuits and gravy were cold. The staff was putting the biscuits out cold. There was mildly warm lunch meat and eggs available. The microwave that was available was dirty. There was a cockroach on the wall in the hallway. There were burnt marks on an outlet in the room. The Wi-Fi did not work. We were never given a password for it. When you open the bathroom door, the door hits the toilet. The bathroom was very small. The beds overall were okay. The drain on the bathroom sink did not work. The drain would not release. There were lots of dead bugs in the windows.

the front desk clerk was super friendly at check in. she even asked me which floor I wanted. facility was safe as alone female traveler. rooms were clean and the hot water worked great. The heater also worked quickly. This was just as nice as several expensive rooms I’ve booked in the past

Ice machine out of order on 3rd floor. Treadmill out of order as well as water fountain out of order. Lots of Chuck holes in approach to the hotel driveway.

Everything was great. Granddaughter loved the sleeper sofa and had it pulled out and made up before I got all of luggage carried in from car! Staff friendly and very kind..bed comfy so comfy we slept all the way to 15 minutes before check out time!

It was conveniently located. Restaurants near by.

Door to room was ajar when we arrived. Felt very unsafe. Mattress pads were ripped on the sides. Mattress was 7/10 clean looking. The pillow case was filthy! Heater/AC sounded like a train kept me from being able to sleep well. I even took a video at 4am as it was keeping me awake. Water in shower barely came out of the shower faucet. It needs it’s diverted replaced. Hot was cold, cold was hot. Toilet clogged easily and had to call maintenance. Pool was disgusting. Smelled of mold and or mildew. Pool water was fairly warm but appeared dirty and as if a filter was not running. Water was clear-ish. Water irritated my sons skin and eyes. Pool door didn’t latch so anyone, including small children could get in without a key card. That’s DANGEROUS. Had we not booked last minute and had we had other options we would have left.
