Had to wait for the front desk person to show up. When they gave me my key they just said you’re ready to go. Not where the elevator is or when breakfast is served (which he did to the person behind me).

We stayed for three days and the room was never cleaned even touched up. On the third day we needed to ask for clean towels. Over all, the facility needs some work.

"Great place with an oh so comfortable bed"

This hotel is so comfortable. My wife and I spent a few days in Pidgeon Forge and we paid more for a hotel room that was not nearly as nice as this. The staff is so friendly and nice. The breakfast is quite tasty. Hot eggs, bacon, sausage etc... The bed was so comfortable and the room was a nice size as was the bathroom. After several hours on the road this was the perfect place to spend the night. The Mexican restaurant across the street was great and gives a 10% discount if you show your room card.
