Shower curtain in handicap accessible bathroom was way too short so the floor was very wet.

The rooms are clean and the staff is nice

It was quite, and the front desk gave us good dinner recommendations.

Visited this site with my grandchildren (ages 5 and 3) due to the indoor pool. When we got to our room and turned on the heat there was an immediate odor of cat urine mixed with body odor. Front desk said they were unable to give us another room but graciously offered us a bottle of deodorizer spray to borrow. “Heated” pool felt a balmy 70 degrees. Although front desk assured it was 85 after another family complained it was too cold. 3 year old wouldn’t even get in. Had it not been for the grands’ excitement I would have demanded a refund and left. Front desk was helpful the next morning when I called at 7:15 to complain of the blaring music next door- it was addressed immediately. Overall pretty disappointed though.

The only complaints have is the water pressure was extremely low & there was no desk chair. Other than those, we had a great stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay! In town for go-kart race in Liberty and we were VERY pleased with the hotel. Check in was great; guy at the desk us was very helpful in getting our RV/trailer parked safely and giving information about nearby dining. Very pleased with the stay and will be back next year for the race!

Just average overall. Staff were ok and breakfast was mediocre at best.
