Pleasant stay

Brought our granddaughter’s for 3 nights & they loved it. Great location & nice staff. They loved the pancake machine! Great breakfast choices.

They used to keep the pool open all day. Now they close from 1-4. Didappointing. Also they no longer let you check in before 4 pm. And had to pay to swim cause we showed up at 8:30 am. Besides these things I love the lazy river and love to stay in the pool all day long. Have breakfast. My grandson loves the slides and hot tub.

If you want a water park, this is fine Price is high for the quality. After a long day traveling, staff was not welcoming and when problem with Air conditioning was brought to the desk clerk, she wanted to check for herself and said it was working fine and I needed to wait longer for it to cool (after I had been in the room for 20 minutes waiting already).. It never properly cooled the room (on a 90 degree and humid day. It was not cold air blowing out it was musty room temp air that only cooled slightly but not enough to allow for good sleep. Upon check in, the POS declined my credit card. No big deal, could've been many issues. It then declined 3 other cards I tried to use. Room was pre paid, so needed for incidentals. User error, as I had called my credit card company, and no issues on my end. Room was incorrect, AND pool closed early. Advertised open until 9, went to eat, came back....YEP....closed early. Very disappointed in the stay.

Our children lived the water park, and the hotel is conveniently located close to all shopping malls.

A good variety for breakfast and the room was comfortable
