Vi havde en rigtig god oplevelse. Værelset var rummeligt, rent og pænt, præcis som vist på billederne. Beliggenheden er rigtig god med kort afstand til Rheinpark-Center Neuss, som byder på gode shopping- og spisemuligheder. Gratis parkering og mulighed for at lade hvis man kommer i el-bil. Personalet var meget venligt, imødekommende og hjælpsomt under hele vores ophold. Vi kan varmt anbefale dette hotel.

Hotel is good. Room is big. No problem with the room and bath. Free parking availability is great. Also the stuff is great. Breakfast is good and is a standart european breakfast.

There is no air condition in the room. For Dusseldorf it may be ok but, when i was here the weather temperature is 36-38 degrees and the room is very hot. For the hot season this will be a problem.

The staff member Ali a man with red polo t shirt on in the morning was the happiest kindest man and extremely helpful! The lady on the desk with him was lovely aswell ! Thank you to both of those staff members!
