Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfy beds and close to where we were visiting.

Our automatic shades in room did not work, so we could not raise them. The room was too dark for my preference. Another light close to couch would be nice. Routine checks for cobwebs in corners would be nice also.

The beds were comfortable, breakfast was great. The staff was very courteous. Definitely would recommend.

I didnt have any real issues

Right where we needed it to be for the event we were attending.

We arrived and booked in, paid our safety deposit (which wasnt refunded until a month after our stay) then the problems started, our room wasnt ready even though we were 2 hours after check-in time. When we finally got into the room it has a gassy musky scent of lemon cleaner so strong you could taste the chemicals in your mouth. We went in and found an ozone cleaner machine switched on, on the side table. It had a giant 'warning use in empty room, do not occupy' hazard label on the side. I felt light headed, ran out of the room with my 1 year old in my arms and had my partner go in to un plug it and return it to the front desk. When we did we got no apology, we were just told " its all safe in there". (We googled it, its not!) We spent 4 hours in another guests/friends room and went out to dinner in order to let the room air out and be safe, finally being able to re enter without feeling sick at 11pm. The bed was so uncomfortable and the pre booked crib for my son was made of metal with no bed sheets... no surprise as we walked past the laundry service's wide open staff door on our way to the room to hear the staff members there saying "they've asked for the crib.. but i dont know where the sheets are" while another replies "just put a towel in there... that will work" I even loudly said as I walked past "I hope the room os comfy" to show that I was right there and not sneaking about as I knew I wasnt supposed to hear that. (Petty I know) We only had two nights booked here luckily and moved on as fast as we could. I would have given one star but when we chrcked put the lovely woman at the counter sorted our luggage storage for the morning so we cpuld collect it closer to our bus time and was vwry fruendly so i gave a star back for her good customer support
