Red Roof Inn Neptune - Jersey Shore

Staff excellent and very polite. Nice pool. Room spacious with a king bed and very comfortable. Very clean facility. Great for our family vacation.

If you fail to bring your own charger for your electronics, you will need to purchase them. No usb ports or c drive plugs

The staff was very nice and attentive to any needs. The proprty is very well lit at night.

I booked four nights at the red roof Inn. We stayed one night. I’m returning to the hotel on Friday evening. The whole room was flooded from a leak through the ceiling. I have pictures and video and I would like to make sure that I’m not charged for my stay at the red roof Inn. We left Friday evening and made reservations at the residence Inn Oakhurst, and we stayed there through Sunday. I would like a full refund for my entire stay at the red roof. I will be contacting my credit card company.

Room had a very strong deoderizer smell. Was even in the bed sheets and pillows.

I like the renovation! And the cleanest of the property there’s nothing I didn’t like about it

The five rooms on second floor partied all night. No one on the first floor slept at all. At the end 6 police came to shut down the party. I paid 200 bucks for one night of sleep and got none. I don’t understand why the staff would give 5 teenage groups 5 consecutive rooms on the second floor, they obviously don’t care about any other customers.

Clean. Actually had shampoo and body wash in the dispenser. Very well lit parking lot. Really great TV once you figure out how to apply the code. Good overnight stay for good price.

It’s was ok for what is needed. Sleep. The smoke alarm kept going off. Beds ok.
