Price. It was an old hotel but was being renovated. Everything in our room was new except tub. Maybe that is next.

You had to heat your biscuits & gravy, otherwise it was cereal and toast. But it tasted good. Although everything was clean they could use a few pointers.

The location was quiet. The building was far enough off the road that there wasn't traffic noises. I felt safe and there were several families there. The breakfast had biscuits and gravy, cereal and toast but that was the extent of it.

The room was clean and comfortable but there were little things that made the room feel less than complete. No coffee maker or microwave in the room. The shower didn't have a mat and felt slippery when first getting in. Neither the sink or the tub had drain stoppers.
