Have stay at this property many times over the years when returning to my hometown of Wadsworth. This hotel is consistently one of the best in the entire IHG portfolio. Clean inviting rooms that were all recently refreshed. Immaculate housekeeping not only in the rooms but throughout the hotel. Excellent management and staff at all levels. Daily breakfast is always hot and well presented. Grounds around the property are very well maintained. Adjacent Galaxy Restaurant is an exceptional venture that is popular throughout Northeatern Ohio. We've stayed at some of the most acclaimed hotels in the world for many years, but coming back home to Wadsworth and staying at this hotel is always a very special treat. All the usual Holiday Inn Express amenities, lots of complimentary off street parking, lovely indoor pool and fitness room, and very convenient location for all your business and leisure activities. Highly recommended!

Everything was great except the toilet didnt work, which they gave me the option of fixing it or change rooms

Our room was nicely kept and staff was so friendly. They answered any questions we had and willingness to accommodate any of our needs. The property is easily accessible from the main road with many dining options in the area. The only negative is the roads are needing paving which is not the property's fault.

We have stayed at three hotels this trip. A Marriott Courtyard, a Four Points by Sheraton and this Holiday Inn. Of the three, this was far and away the best experience. The hotel is well staffed with capable and caring individuals. Cleaning staff left thank you notes for the tips we left. A hot and continental breakfast was offered at no additional cost (unlike the other two hotels.) The room itself had everything you could want, which I can’t say about the other two properties. A working refrigerator, while no overhead lighting there were plenty of sconces, a floor lamp (with chaise), and task lamp at the desk, double blinds, black out and screening, a long large bench for opening large suitcases, two mirrors in the room, one above desk and a full length, lots of well placed plugs, a walk in shower, and last but not least, a small shelf just inside the door large enough for a purse, key card, keys etc. Genius! Bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this property!

It was very clean and the staff was friendly. Rooms are nice and the breakfast was very good.

The breakfast options were great and staff was very friendly and helpful.

The gym could have been cleaner. The equipment looked nasty but may have just been rust. The floors were very dirty and I did not want to get down on them at all for the workout. Hand sanitizer would be a good addition.

The Staff was very accommodating for our needs, my family was allowed the use of the common room after hours. And made our stay very comfortable.
