Lots of parking close to the building, breakfast had a great selection. Comfortable beds.

Tv did not work. Had a pair of shoes in my room.

The young gentleman that checked us inn needs to take a course on attitude when dealing with customers. He treated my wife and I like a couple of old Dummies!!

I was told during checkin the prior evening that there would be a shuttle for 5am to the airport for me and no one was there in morning to take me. was told by lady at the desk in the morning that guests are on their own prior to 5:30am. Also during checkin was told that I would be charged to park there for while I was out of town even though was advertised as free. When I got to the room neither of the keys worked. After fixing the keys when I walked into the room it smelled like old urine. The shower/bathtub was moldy/dirty. A light outside flickered the entire night. I could hear everyone talking and multiple people yelling throughout the night. The door to my room did NOT LOCK. This is extremely concerning. I do not recommend staying here unless you want your clothes and any other belongings to smell like the room you stayed in.

The breakfast looked good although I didn’t eat anything. The bathroom facilities are dated and need to be renovated. Toilets are too low, I’m sure for many of your customers. For some reason I didn’t qualify for “Reward Points”. I always seem to have trouble when dealing with your reward points.

I always seem to have difficulty with your reward program. It’s not very user friendly and difficult to understand.
