Very friendly and attentive staff. We received a warm welcome, a smooth check-in experience, and assistance with arranging a taxi when needed. A special thank you to the team for the thoughtful birthday surprise waiting in my room, including the lovely birthday card and the bottle of wine. It was a wonderful gesture that made my birthday truly special and made our stay even more memorable. The room was clean, tidy, and well prepared for our arrival.

The only thing we felt was missing was brighter lighting in the room. As we arrived in the evening, the wall-mounted lamps did not provide enough light, making the room feel rather dark. In addition, the room felt a little cramped for three adults staying with one double bed and a sofa bed. Bathrobes and slippers would also have made the stay more comfortable.
