There was try blood on shower curtain and bugs on the bed. It was also loud after hours!

This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived in the middle of the night and were immediately hit with a disgusting smell—like cat urine mixed with drugs. It was beyond unacceptable. Then we noticed what looked like blood on the floor. At that point, it felt unsafe and completely unsanitary, so we left immediately. Despite not staying even a minute, I was still charged. I called for three days straight trying to resolve it—no answer. When I finally got through to the manager, he was rude, dismissive, and outright argumentative. He actually tried to tell me I was wrong about the smell and condition of the place, which is ridiculous. Instead of taking any accountability, he refused to issue a refund. He claimed his name was “Kenny,” which honestly sounded like a fake alias, and refused to provide any information about a supervisor or anyone higher up. Completely unprofessional and shady behavior. The location itself is also in a terrible area, which only made the whole situation feel even more unsafe. This place is a complete dump with zero customer service and no accountability. Save yourself the headache and stay anywhere else.

Convenient location, good coffee, daily cleaning service, and reasonable price.

The only thing that, in my opinion, could be improved would be the replacement of towels; they seemed clean but had some stains.
