Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Mt. Holly by IHG

Get to the hotel to check in had to wait about 4 mins while the front desk clerk finished playing his video game.check in about 8 mins later a bug crawls across the ceiling -I turn the light on another crawls out front desk came to verify he verified without a care in the world-at this point give me my money back sir im outta here now I have to wait up to 10 days for my $398 refund to go back on my card.

Our room was very good, fully renovated. The only but is that the hotel is going through renovations, besides that, everything was very good.

Room had recently been renovated and was quiet, comfortable, and reasonably priced. No complaints whatsoever. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with multiple options for food and drink and an attentive crew keeping it running. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Good stay all around.

Comfortable stay

Fraud alert. They have purposely shut down hot breakfast and pool/workout services due to lack of business. Yet they still advertise these features and charge the same rate as hotels that have them. There’s no way to know before you get there and by then it’s too late. You don’t find out about breakfast until you read an old paper sign taped to the area where breakfast was supposed to be. It says, “ Due to unforeseen circumstances there is no hot breakfast.” Talking to other guests that have been there a while, and looking at the condition of the paper sign, there hasn’t been a hot breakfast for a long time. The hotel offered no discount for these inconveniences.

Breakfast could have been better.and the pool was closed .the hotel is under renovation.these things should be posted on your website

The rooms were nicer then expected. I was surprised it had a microwave and refrigerator. The beds were also very comfortable.

The room is a little down, but the staff is super friendly
