"Nice but very pricey!"

Initially, the staff couldn’t find my reservation despite having both my first and last name. That was a bit nerve-wracking. They found me ….. eventually, but it was kind of a troubling beginning to my stay. The hotel was very nice but I must say it was terribly expensive. It was nice but not nice enough to merit that high nightly rate.

View from my room was excellent, location was superb

The hotel has not returned my deposit, and it has been nearly a month since my stay. Their response to emails is very slow, or they do not respond at all.
