予約時、ツインベッドしかないのは一応確認したうえで、5人まで泊まれることを確認し、人数も4人と記入して予約したところ、チェックイン時、「1部屋2人までなので追加で部屋をとってもらう必要がある」と言われて部屋をとらされました。システム的に予約可能であるにもかかわらず、旅館側のミスは一切認めず、大変な不快感を感じました。予約は約6日前で、電話番号も記載していたので、旅館側が何らかの対応をすべきです。別途、Hotels.com経由でクレームの手続きを入れます。
