I love its location and amenities. The staff are very kind and accommodating

Iโ€™ve stayed at this location many times and never had a bad experience. This time my room was HOT and we couldnโ€™t get the air on, and had to get a fan. The pillows were FLAT FLAT, which hive Iโ€™ve never experienced here.

The staff was amazing. Very helpful and kind.

First day the pool seemed a little dirty and colder than I thought it would be and the hot tub wasn't that hot however the very next day it was much better so not really sure what caused that.

The employees were absolutely wonderful. The rooms and the hotel in general were extremely clean.

I upgraded my room to a King suite, and it was the same room as the king room. It was small and nothing special about the room. For the price I paid, it should have been bigger and more. Scratches all over the furniture and with the money you pay they should upgrade. I have stayed at smaller and cheaper hotels, and they were a lot nicer. I was very disappointed. The breakfast was no different from any other place I have stayed as well.
