Hilton Garden Inn Wichita

The breakfast was excellent! The staff were very friendly and were happy to help! Room was very comfortable and location to the NCAA events perfect!

The only issue we had was the hair conditioner was empty. Excellent front desk service. Very clean rooms and the Wi-Fi was strong.

Thought it was ridiculous that they charge for Breakfast. It would have cost me 100 dollars to feed my family for a Breakfast that should have been part of the stay.. for darn sure i will never stay there again. Also the bed and pillows suck very uncomfortable.

Hot tub and staff

Terrible! The desk clerk was rude, insulting, disrespectful, unprofessional and UNaccommodating. The hot tub is a joke, hot water and one jet, rooms are needing updated and repainted, $15.00 a person for breakfast that is normally free and tastes better. This is a HILTON, I have stayed at Motel 6 with better service, cleaner and definitely a better and more polite desk clerk. This lady would not even stand to greet you…!! Unfriendly! HILTON is an expensive JOKE!

I like the room the beds were comfy.

The hot tub was dirty and was pretty cold water

We not like that the entire hotel smelled like marijuana (pot). Also, during our stay the hot tub was not sufficiently maintained or enough warm enough to enjoy. We later learned that our friends who also stayed the entire time we did, received a refund for 1 night. We also felt the hotel could use some major updates. The furniture in our room was strained and nasty, the mini-fridge in our room never got cold, the list goes on and on. Nevertheless, we wasn’t very pleased with our stay especially with this being a Hilton property. S. Malicott (OKC)

Rude

The carpets are outdated, swimming pool had clots of hair and other things floating in it, the chlorine smell was off the charts. It was very heavy (meaning the pool water was dirty) and lastly, my 6 year old daughter had an ashtma attack after only a couple of hours of being checked in. I'm not sure this next statement had something to do with it, but most likely it did. Her ashtma attack happened after walking through a strong scent of Marijuana near the elevator. We decided to leave for her health sake. The hotel refused to refund us at all. Very unprofessional considering the circumstances and that we had only been checked in a couple or so hours. We checked in near 4 in the evening.
