I like the fact the breakfast was on time with many choices, room was good, and the cleaner did a good job keeping the room clean and bed neat. Overall was a good experience and stay, I would stay there again, it was centrally located 💯

Did not like the fact I choose a king bed but did not get a king bed i received 2 queen bed. The coffee machine did not work with the coffee they left in the room.

We didn't have any form of food at the hotel because we wanted to mingle with the locals so we purchased food on the road etc. Overall the place was clean, it is well kept the pool was also clean the pool area well kept and the esthetic is wonderful. If I should decide to travel to Panama in the future I certainly would choose the Crown Plaza Hotel

The day after we arrived i asked the front desk attendant if the kitchen staff could use the microwave to heat up some pizza for us, he said yes they can do it for me, however when I asked the lady at the bar she said no she can't, so I asked him to translate for me because I thought it was the language barrier. She told him no as well. I thought that was a bit mean so we had to eat cold pizza. 🤣🙄. I would recommend putting microwaves in the rooms even at an extra cost.

Excellent location. Room was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Very tasty and a lot of options. The restaurant personnel was really great.

Room 403 the toilet was so close to the door that was very difficult to close.

En relación al desayuno ofrece variedad para los paladares: frutas cereales, proteínas, diferentes tipos de pan, y diferentes tipos de lácteos y embutidos. En el servicio de recepción el personal es muy amable, son bilingües (ingles / español). atienden con paciencia cada requerimiento. Adicional al hecho que cuentas con agua saborizada con frutas naturales 24/7 Cuentan con servicio de lavandería y secado autogestionado, lo cual me parece ideal si te quedas por varios días y viajas con maleta de mano. los pasillos están climatizados con aireacondicionados portatiles para potenciar el aire. Las instalaciones siempre lucen limpias y ordenadas, incluyendo las habitaciones. Las habitaciones son amplias, al menos la que me tocó a mi no tenia tina, pero la potencia del agua en la ducha y el agua caliente siempre funcionaron a la perfección. dispone de mesa y plancha para la ropa. Las camas y las almohadas son comodas. Las sábanas y cobijas impresionan limpias. La ubicación es ideal: porque tienes metro cerca, queda accesible para los UBER u otros aplicativos; y queda muy proximo a sitios de interés turísticos.

la piscina es un poco chica, y la vez que bajé a primera hora de la mañana habían toallas regadas y vasos que parecían del dia anterior. Sin embargo ya en otra ocasión se veía mas ordenado.
