Schimmel an den Wänden und an der Decke In unserm Apartment. Die Türe zur Küche ist sinnfrei, zumal sie auf der anderen Seite durch eine große Durchreiche sowieso offen ist. Die geöffnete Tür behindert den ohnehin schon beengten Raum und man kommt nicht mehr an den Kühlschrank

Arrivé sur place a 22h apres avoir réservé sur booking. Pas de chambre comme réservée. Reception nous propose autre chose mais loin de ce qui était prévu. On est reparti

We booked and paid for a one-bedroom apartment but were instead assigned a studio apartment upon arrival. The staff handled the issue very inefficiently, and it was extremely difficult to resolve due to the inappropriate behaviour of one staff member. The location is also not ideal, especially if you are not driving. It is quite far from Geneva Airport and not very convenient for public transport users. Another major issue was the noise early in the morning. The cleaners start very early and constantly bang doors, making it very difficult to sleep. In addition, the rooms were very dusty, and it was obvious that the floors had not been cleaned properly.

Studio spacieux et récemment rénové, lits très confortables et kitchenette super équipée, bouilloire et café à disposition, petit déjeuner très complet et délicieux. Parfait !!
