Very clean, quiet and welcoming location. Spacious room and good breakfast. I’m a Hilton Honors Diamond member and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming; as nice as any location I have stayed. Handful of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

I reserved a mobility, handicap access room with a king bed. I got a hearing accessible room with / queen beds, a no walk in shower or accessible bathroom. The hotel was full so there was no way to switch or change. Staff was sympathetic but …

"Home away from home"

In town to visit grandson and family. Arrived very early from our drive from St Louis. Ebony at the front desk was amazing. She worked really hard to find us a room that was ready for check in early. No added cost. The hotel is very clean and quiet. 3rd floor on the back side no overnight noise Room 329 just far enough away from the elevator but close to ice machine and absolutely quiet. Breakfast was more than you need although in the 4 day we were there it was the same 3 of 4 days. But served the purpose. Convenient from the freeway and to homes in Waynesville. Not much of a chose for restaurants in either Waynesville or St Robert’s but you wont starve. Best gas prices at Walmart just down the street. Again Ebony was an angel. We shared personal stories and she felt like part of the family. Most likely returning in 6 months

My husband and I booked a 4 night stay. We were in St Robert to assist a military family that was moving across the country. We were notified that room cleaning was done every other day with “refreshes” in between. During our 4 night stay our room was only cleaned once. Towels were not refreshed in between. When my husband asked why our room wasn’t cleaned the front desk attendant said “What do you want me to do? Go up and clean your room myself?” She was rude and unprofessional. We will be returning to the area to visit but will not be staying here.
