"It is a clean hotel and has friendly and helpful staff."

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious.

The king sized bed was not very comfortable unfortunately. I did talk to a staff member the following morning. He said the beds are all the same and sometimes people say the same thing. I did not ask to change rooms based upon his response.

"We probably just needed to rest after a ten hour drive. We’re rethinking a new vacation stay in the future."

We expected a clean and and comfortable environment but the room had shabby beddings that seemed to have not been changed for weeks.

It didn’t meet our expectations like some of the other facilities we have become accustomed to experiencing. The telephone in the room didn’t work and we wanted to complain about the conditions but to no avail.
