Could not use WATER due to water supply company's maintenance in their area. The company informed it would continue until 5AM tomorrow morning. BUT I only could use COLD shower early in the morning. I know that was not Hampton Inn's fault. But my last stay in the US was really terrible. I would like Hampton Inn to pay back the whole charge or 50% discount on my payment.

Horrible experience. The AC kept shutting off all night, and I woke up at 3 AM with a roach on my head. I had to wake my kids and check out immediately. The front desk promised a refund, but since I booked through Expedia, I was told to go through them. Expedia only offered me $75 credit and claimed they couldn’t reach the manager. This was not an inconvenience it was a health and safety issue. Both the hotel and Expedia did the bare minimum. Do not book here.

"Overall a good, affordable place to stay. It was clean and comfortable with food and groceries right down the road."

The property was very nice and in a convenient location for where my husband and I needed to go! The staff was friendly and cracked a few jokes which were adorable.

The one thing I didn’t like was the fact that the bathroom shower had mold in it due to not having a circulation vents in the bathroom.

Expedia had it as having free roll away beds, the hotel says they do not offer them. The ice machine on the 3rd floor did not work and when I asked which ice machines worked she told me to go to each floor until I found 1 that did work. I tried calling the front desk and nobody answered the first night we were there..

Staff was very nice, welcoming, and accommodating. The property was clean overall. The rooms were a bit on the small size but got the job done. Bed was comfortable with adequate bedding. The continental breakfast was much appreciated and had decent selections to accommodate everyone’s needs and preferences. We were a bit disappointed that the gym was closed during our stay, as the proximity of the gym was one of our reasons for booking this particular property. As for the surrounding area, lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We would stay again.

I was very disappointed with our recent stay. Unfortunately, the room and overall condition of the property did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, we noticed several issues right away. The room had a strong mildew odor, the fire detector was hanging off the wall, and the window curtains were held up with duct tape. The bathroom had visible mold, and the sink area emitted hot air through a vent, making it just as uncomfortable as the overly warm hallways and elevator. The hotel’s gym was out of service due to flooding, some of the ice machines were not working, and there is no pool on-site, something that was not made clear at the time of booking. The entryway also had noticeable water leaks, and plaster was falling from the ceiling. We even experienced a brief power outage during our stay. I’ve attempted to contact Hilton multiple times regarding these concerns and have not received a response from the property manager for over two weeks, which has only added to the frustration. Overall, this stay fell far below the standard I expect from a Hilton property. I hope these issues are addressed quickly to ensure future guests have a better experience.
