Holiday Inn - St. Petersburg West by IHG

It was a acceptable hotel.

The first Holiday Inn express where they did not offer Continental breakfast you had to sit down, order your food from one server. i’m going to understand you had to pay for it. Myself and granddaughter did not make that choice as I seen. There were quite a few people sitting waiting for their food. Also, had to deal with people smoking marijuana in the room next to me. I don’t think that’s acceptable especially when there are children in the hotel. Nobody wants to smell that . I travel a lot with work very disappointed in this hotel. Also did not get a floor towel for the shower. How do use a hand towel to wipe up the water and the floor was so black and filthy and sticky. disgusting

Fantastic pool area with bar service. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Renovated rooms except bath tub. Over all clean, comfortable beds and Cable TV

This hotel was disgusting!! We had just checked in because the reviews were good and almost died when we saw it! A roach crawled right across our bed! It was also not safe at all there! We left immediately and found a new place. They would NOT refund my money-so an I pensive lesson learned here. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
