El hotel esta muy bien hubicado todo esta cerca, las installations del hotel esta en buen estado las habitationes comodas y limpias, el servicio de limpieza de la habitacion excelente, el area de la piscina está bien pero le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento en las rejas los baños y los borders de la piscina para estar en perfecto estado

Hotel carpet needs to be cleaned or changed badly. Pool floor was dirty, guest are drinking and smoking by/in the pool. I was itching the whole stay. Not really recommended to stay with kids .

Great location and awesome pool

We waited for over 25 mins at the front desk to check-in. There NO LINE. There was simply NO STAFF member available at the desk. Followed by our initial room had a plumbing issue with the tub. It was clogged and when I notified front desk it took over an hour for maintenace to come to address it which held up our holiday plans. We were moved to another room, which had an operable tub and toilet however, the tub was filthy! As if, it was just used.
